Hey Guys, has it really been just over a year already?

Blimey… Time flies!

Since my last update I’ve been busy getting on with family life, and I’ve let myself go :(

So it’s time to get my shit together and get back to my mission of getting lean and ripped by following Clay Rogers’ Hollywood Physique Method.

Today is the first day of the Body Reset Protocol which a strategic 5-day juice fast to reset your digestive system. This will give you a drug-like boost in muscle growth and fat loss in the immediate weeks that follow it, but will also allow you to sustain high-level results over a longer period of time.

So the next 5 days will look like this…

Monday-Wednesday: Juice + unlimited water.
Thursday: Juice + natural yogurt + unlimited water.
Friday: Juice + natural yogurt + soft boiled eggs + unlimited water.

Anyhow.

Here’s my week 0 progress photo, as you can see it’s not a pretty sight, but from my previous attempts we know that I’ll drop fat fast…

My current weight is: 169 lbs, and 31% body fat.

Last time I did this program I had very little muscle, and I wasn’t very happy because of it. So during the last few months I have been doing some strength training following Mehdi’s Strong Lifts 5×5. I feel much stronger, and I now have a small amount of base muscle.

Hey guys, I’m back on form… BOOM!

Week 12 of the Hollywood Physique Method focused on the “finishing touches” of The Hollywood Physique.

The workouts have been designed to fill out the weak areas of my muscles, and create a thicker, “fuller” look.

Here are my Week 12 progress photos…

Still no abs showing yet… but my chest is getting leaner.

I’m still nowhere near my goal but I’m definitely heading the right direction. I reckon by the end of the full 26 weeks I’ll be almost there :)
